Miniature Motorcycle Registration
Miniature vehicles also known as mini-choppers or pocket bikes do not meet Federal Safety Standards and cannot be registered or operated on public streets pursuant to California Vehicle Code (CVC) §4751(d). If you receive a citation for operating one of these devices please contact the appropriate Court for settlement of the violation.
