About the Program
This digital service enables commercial and government requesters to:
- Establish a new requester account or renew existing requester account up to 90 days prior to expiration.
- Print or download approval letter on demand.
- Request and receive basic driver’s license (DL) and vehicle registration records online within two business days.
- Access account information 24/7.
- Retain documents digitally and sustainably.
- Receive electronic invoices and make online payments (if applicable).

Be ready to create a MyDMV account if you don’t already have one. You will be taken through multi-factor authentication.

If you already have a requester code, be prepared to claim it before renewing or submitting a change.

Frequently Asked Questions
When you get started, you will be prompted to create a MyDMV account or log in to your existing MyDMV account. Next, you can get started on your requester account enrollment application. A DMV technician will review your application once it is submitted.
When creating your online requester account, you will be asked if you have been issued a requester code before. If you answer yes, you will be asked to verify your information.
When you get started, you can choose to pay invoices. You will be asked to verify your existing requester account information as you create your account. After setting up your account, you will be able to log in and make online payments. Online payments are accepted up to $90,000 per payment.
Yes. When creating the account, you must provide the first and last name of the individual within the company responsible for managing the account. Do not enter the Company or DBA name. This must be an individual’s first and last name. Unauthorized use of the Requester’s account could be viewed as a violation of the Commercial Requestor Account Agreement. It may result in suspension/termination of the account as stated in the Commercial Requester Terms and Conditions.
You may request basic DL and vehicle registration records based on the approved access assigned to your requester code. For all other information requests, please contact the Information Release Unit (IRU).
