Renew your vehicle registration while shopping at Vons
El Centro – Get your vehicle registration and license plate sticker instantly when you renew using the DMV Now Self-Service Terminal available at the El Centro Vons supermarket located at 750 North Imperial Avenue.
To conduct a transaction, individuals need their vehicle registration renewal notice or most recent vehicle registration card. The new kiosk accepts credit/debit cards and in the coming weeks, cash. Instructions are provided in English and Spanish.
DMV Now Self-Service Terminals are also available at the following locations:
- Chula Vista field office
- Chula Vista Albertsons
- Costa Mesa field office
- El Cajon field office
- Del Mar Ralphs
- Escondido Albertsons
- Hemet field office
- Oceanside field office
- Palm Desert field office
- San Diego Clairemont field office
- San Diego Ralphs
- San Marcos Rancheros field office
- San Ysidro field office
- Vista Albertsons
The DMV has installed 152 kiosks throughout the state. They can be found at select DMV offices, grocery stores, libraries, AAA auto clubs and at UC Irvine. To find a location near you, use the DMV interactive map at DMV Now Self-Service Terminal.
The DMV will continue to expand this convenient vehicle registration renewal option to other locations.
Save Time with Online Services: DMV online services allow Californians to renew vehicle registrations and driver licenses, change an address and fill out the driver license and identification card applications before an office visit.
