The DMV Oakland Coliseum field office at 501 85th Ave., Oakland, will remain closed to address water damage caused by an apparent theft of copper pipes. The department expects the office to reopen March 5, 2018, after work crews replace portions of the walls and flooring.
Every effort will be made to open the office sooner, if possible. The office has been closed since February 7. The department will honor all appointments, including drive tests at other locations.
